IPCS Public Seminar Series is a regular platform intended to critically discuss and disseminate ideas on related topical issues about Somaliland and the wider region. The Institute is particularly responsible for organizing workshops or seminar ideas on topical issues for Somaliland as well as other important regional issues. The Institute creates forums for Somaliland intellectuals and opinion leaders to discuss their views and thoughts on past, present, and future directions for Somaliland to a much wider audience.
