Vision

The Institute strives to become a leading institution for higher learning and research in the areas of peace and conflict studies in the Horn of Africa.

Mission

The IPCS mission is to enhance the essence of peace and conflict studies through quality teaching, research, and advocacy, and to disseminate knowledge in Somaliland and the wider Horn African region.

Core Principles
