Ifrah Adam Omer is the IPCS administration and operations manager. Ms Ifrah has an MSc in Project Planning and Management, BA in Business Administration (both from the University of Hargeisa), Diploma of Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), UK. She has extensive experience in administration, finance, logistics, and procurement management. She has been working with the University of Hargeisa since 2013.
