Strategic Plan

This is the second strategic plan of IPCS and it intends to provide the Institute with comprehensive strategic guidance for the coming five years (2021–2025). It also articulates the continuation of the IPCS’s desire to become a leading institution of higher education in peace and conflict studies and research in the Horn of Africa.
